We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian regions and remote locations. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your address.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium menswear collections. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

  2. Package Your Items
    Once approved, carefully repackage the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item, follow the same process as returns, clearly indicating in your email that you wish to exchange the item and specifying your desired size/color alternative. We will process your exchange once we receive the original item.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear & Nightwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Swimwear (must retain its protective lining)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

International Returns: For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian regions), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend declaring the contents as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.
